Stayed here twice = great location for concerts at MEN arena. Basic but clean, Good breakfast, friendly staff

Stayed on 2-4th December. Was a really great location, close to Manchester City centre.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Would stay there again no problem. Rooms a little small, but perfectly adequate for the weekend stay. Off-road parking with CCTV was a nice touch!

Stayed for two nights. Very convenient for the Arena and Christmas markets. Clean rooms, helpful staff and reasonably priced.

Stayed here on previous occasions. Great value. Rooms and all areas clean and fresh. Very ice cooked breakfast, close to bars, shops and arena. Free parking.

We have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions, it's location is great for the Manchester Arena & city centre. The staff are very friendly & the rooms are very clean, reasonably priced & would definitely recommend

We where in Manchester for a gig Friday night @ the arena, so it was a very handy location.

Just one hick up the fire alarm went off Saturday morning (8ish) just as I was having a sleep in.

The room was clean and adequate for a budget hotel. I found all the staff to be exceptionally helpful. This hotel is well situated for all the amenities would definitely stay again.
