The room was lovely and comfortable and parking was great too which is unique in Manchester not many places have parking available at all.

My only concern is that I locked my door but on leaving I noticed there is a door from the adjoining room and believe as there was no locks on there maybe my things were not that secure

This is the third time we have stayed at the hotel and again can not fault the staff and the service. We arrived early to park the car and make the most of Manchester so being able to register the car parking as part of the stay is a huge bonus. When I booked the room I did request a ground floor room as my wife has crutches but when we checked it seemed this had been missed. I did not even have to mention this, the lady on reception was great and as soon as she saw my wife with her crutches she offered straight away to amend the room and moved us to a ground floor room. It is lovely to have a nice relaxing night cap when we got back to the hotel after the concert at the Arena. Another great stay and I am sure we will be back when we book our next concert. Thanks

2nd time staying here. Very friendly and service minded staff. Central, with all amenities within a short walking distance. Clean and tidy. Another nice time here. I would definately reccommend this hotel. Will return when visiting Manchester next time. Thanx.

I've now lost count of how many times I've stayed at the Stay Inn over the last few years! It's a great place to stay - the rooms are clean and comfortable, with all the amenities you could need, and the staff are lovely. It's less than 10 minutes' walk from the top of Deansgate, so very conveniently located too. My Salford/Manchester home! Thanks to all the staff for making my many visits so enjoyable.

Our second stay and won't be our last! The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to the centre and has easy access to all the main routes. The staff are very friendly, helpful and attentive. The rooms are clean, beds comfy and the cooked breakfast is perfect. We wouldn't want to stay elsewhere now, its perfect.

Very friendly/helpful staff. My daughter left an item in the room and when we spoke to the hotel at first they were unsure if it was there. Within a few minutes they rung us back to say they had it . We sent a stamped addressed envelope and the item was returned to us. Would recommend staying there as so close to main city.Also it was very clean.

My daughter and I always stay here when we visit Manchester whether its a shopping trip or concert and wouldnt stay anywhere else. Its ideally situated, the staff are very friendly and make time for you, rooms are clean and comfortable and although on a busy road, you wouldnt know as its always been quiet. 1010 every time xx

I always enjoy my visits to the Stay Inn Manchester. I really hope that business picks up again soon and that the hotel returns to its usual level of service.



The members of staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are well presented (although the toilet seat in the en suite in Room 3 was broken). It's handy to be able to park too, since I am usually travelling by car.

We really enjoyed our brief overnight stay last weekend

The hotel is ideally situated as we had booked to see James Blunt at Manchester Arena.

The walk to the arena is fairly short and all on the main road so we felt safe doing so.

The staff were friendly and the room was clean so overall I would recommend.
