Stayed two nights for a wedding and reunion. Great location for Manchester, car parking. Rooms really clean and staff friendly, welcoming. Liked that it had both heater, air fan and it was possible to open the window. Very quiet too, considering near main roads. WiFi patchy occasionally but otherwise, all excellent. Thanks to everyone - and good to see a more independent, family managed business doing well, will support again.

Great location, easily able to walk to deansgate and the AO arena. Ethical is just a team ride away also.

Great hotel. Staff friendly & helpful. Room was clean, comfortable and nice and quiet. Situated only 10min walk from shops, pubs etc. This was our first stay here however it will not be our last. We definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Manchester.

Stayed to attend a concert at AO Arena, 10min walk. Had a walk into Manchester centre 10 mins to the top of it. Rooms clean and quiet given the city location. Staff friendly and professional. Easy to drive to for non city driver. Cheaper than the other city centre hotels I looked at, what's not to like? Would use again.

We have stayed a number of times at this hotel. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the hotel is always clean and comfortable. The rooms could benefit from having air conditioning rather than an electric fan, but other than that the rooms are fine for the price you pay. It is a short walk into the centre of Manchester so the location is ideal. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anybody wishing to visit Manchester and we will be back!

The room was lovely and comfortable and parking was great too which is unique in Manchester not many places have parking available at all.

My only concern is that I locked my door but on leaving I noticed there is a door from the adjoining room and believe as there was no locks on there maybe my things were not that secure

This is the third time we have stayed at the hotel and again can not fault the staff and the service. We arrived early to park the car and make the most of Manchester so being able to register the car parking as part of the stay is a huge bonus. When I booked the room I did request a ground floor room as my wife has crutches but when we checked it seemed this had been missed. I did not even have to mention this, the lady on reception was great and as soon as she saw my wife with her crutches she offered straight away to amend the room and moved us to a ground floor room. It is lovely to have a nice relaxing night cap when we got back to the hotel after the concert at the Arena. Another great stay and I am sure we will be back when we book our next concert. Thanks
