Fantastically central hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Everywhere was spotless and the shower was better than mine at home!! Lots of parking too, which was one reason I chose. I would definitely stay again.

The stay itself was excellent and the two ladys on the reception looked after us well and also prepared our evening meal. My only complaint is that we made a booking over the phone and the receptionist booked us in for the wrong day. This was immediately cancelled but even after phoning and emailing twice failed to receive the confirmation of the cancellation in writing even though it had been promised on each phone call.

Great value, very helpful staff, room clean and well equipped, plenty of parking and just 10 minute walk to Manchester Arena which was purpose of my visit. Will definitely use again.

In August we booked 2 rooms for our family. It was a pleasant stay. The personnel is very friendly.

As a large family we booked 7 Rooms over 2 separate bookings and were very happy with the services provided.

Would definitely Recommend this Hotel great location we stay for Kiss Concert at Manchester arena the arena is just a five minute walk away . The hotel its self was nice clean and very comfortable and the staff were pleasant and very helpful for anything you need. We will be using them again next time we are at the arena and stay over

Excellent, very helpful and friendly staff and the breakfast was lovely. Great facilities except the bathroom which has no room in it but for one night we put up with it.

Stayed here for Metallica, great for a one night stay, easy to get into town to meet an old friend, free parking a definite bonus. Could have done without the errors in my bill, didn’t deduct the £3 test transaction then said I hadn’t paid for breakfast both easily sorted but better not to have issues at all. Have booked again for Alter Bridge and Shinedown.
